Took my daughter in to get a pixie cut, and I'm not even sure what was done to her hair. We showed them a picture of what we wanted, and what was done to her hair was NO where near what was wanted. If you don't know what you're doing, just say, "I can't do this", and pass it off to someone else.
The prices have gone up, which I understand in these times, but it should have been on their website, or FB page. The last few times I took my daughter in to get cuts, we were charged the kids price. I was told that kids are 16 and under. Today was charged $30/woman price. When I said we've never been charged that before, I was told it's always been that way. They need to get things under control over there. It's a mess. The one and only person I would recommend is Eric, because you can take a pic in and he'll make your hair look just like that.

The woman that “cut” my hair did a terrible job! It was the quickest haircut I’ve ever gotten. My hair is uneven & her hands smelled like cigarettes ???? I was really expecting a better experience ???? She didn’t even speak to me while she was “cutting” my hair. I’m sure the business is much better than what that woman represented ????????‍♂️ PS. I feel ripped off ????

The service was fine but I was blindsided when my normal coloring went from 130 to 195!! I get my hair done every few months. My normal stylist recently left there so this time was a new stylist. Way overpriced!! I also liked the other stylist better. I will be going elsewhere next time.

They haircut they gave me was great for the price, pics not included, face wouldn't do the haircut justice hehe

Becky did a great job highlighting my hair in a very reasonable time. Aslo had my hair cut last week, was getting a lot cut at once but wanted to still have a certain amount left to put up for work. So just had it cut in a ponytail and then trimmed and evened out that way and was only charged a childs cut because it was simple and quick , so the consideration of the smaller job to do was taken into account and considered for a lower price very nice surprise! Both hairdressers were professional and friendly as well the receptionist
