HaNancy Nail Salon

My no-chip pedicure was not as fabulous as the establishment itself. HaNancy is a great looking establishment and they have an amazing variety of color & design options for your nails and I have been going to them for years. My toenails are small, but they can be shaped cleaner for a more defined square shape. The polish application has to be just as clean so it does not dull the shape of the toenails once the polish cures. The chrome powder application should not be as messy as it was, I suggest using a smaller tip applicator and NOT the triangle sponge while also using minimal powder when applying it to toenails, requiring less clean up afterwards. I should not have chrome residue stuck on my toes around my nails the next day. It's so ugly, annoying, & and difficult for me to remove. And after looking at the bottom of my feet, it does not look like I got a pedicure at all and I should not need a "deluxe" when a basic pedicure should acheive just that, the basics. The polish application should have been smoother to lessen the chances of small indentations forming after the polish cures. I do not like to leave a place of service unfulfilled but I do not always have the time. I did not have the time (I barely had the energy), to request the gentleman to correct all that needed to be corrected. This was a $60 service with a $10 tip and I would appreciate if you (HaNancy Family) take this review seriously and do better so that when I return I can leave a more fulfilling review

I absolutely love this shop! I use to come here for just pedicures but recently THE DIP SLAYER (Johnny/John) convinced me to get the dip powered and I’m hooked! My first time he did this fye orange and today he did these (pictured) and this ombré look was all powder. He so freakin raw! He told me my on my first visit that my nails wouldn’t damage and would grow longer and thicker and they did just that! I couldn’t believe how beautiful my natural nails were! Highly recommended and I never want to see another nail technician. He is very friendly and very professional.

I always have a great experience here. I go to Bobby. He is always accommodating in getting me in for fills. My nails always hold up and look great. Bobby does a great job. The place is very clean and was remodeled awhile ago. It's nice here. Would recommend.

I have no desire to return to this establishment at this time. The services rendered after being a regular customer was unacceptable. The technician was totally unprofessional and decided to stop with finishing my pedicure. Wish you well with your business especially during the last 24 months. I wish you the best in getting it together with your staff member with their social skills. 3/30/2022.

I have been coming to Hanacy for many years my original tech was Cash and he was very polite and respectful. When I come for servicing I don't need a lot of small talk a simple HELLO and GOOD BYE is sufficient. Cash left and I started going to Judy the owner's wife and I
Thought she just was quiet and never spoke but I learned she didn't speak to the black customers I tried to deal with it because I didn't want the stress of finding a new shop and getting them accustomed to what I liked but it started bothering my soul seeing I was also bringing my daughter and Mom. Finally a few months ago I stopped because Bobby the owner and Judy are just to rude and disrespectful to black customers and I refused to give them another dollar. I've watched black customers just sit and they would take a caucasian walk in. I don't need your SORRY Bobby just do better we are the core of your customers. I am all over your Facebook because I always got designs so I paid more and never left with out tipping. So I have taken my family and my friends to another shop that knows how to say HELLO AND THANK YOU JUST THAT SIMPLE! DO BETTER!!!

The customer service was great & I love how attentive the atmosphere as well. The only thing there was awesome but I didn't get a top ???? which Is mandatory I was in rush so I will them a second try
