Chanda-Kabita's Beauty & Brows Threading

Went for my first Brazilian, and as a heavier person I was extremely nervous, however the woman that was doing it was absolutely amazing. She put my mind right at ease and never once made me feel ashamed of myself or how I looked. I will definitely be going back!

I am so glad I found this place. When I tell you the waxes are priced decent that's what I mean. And they are so nice and they get you in and out. The only thing I don't like is the small congested parking lot. But other than that if you get waxes thank me later!

This is one of the really good places I’ve been for both threading and waxing. Manjitha is very pleasant to speak with and did a really neat work! I’d definitely recommend their services.

I didn’t catch the young lady name but I came in around 3:45pm today and she took care of me. She was friendly, professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. She was quick and it was apparent she knew what she doing. Great experience every time I visit.

Very unfortunate experience! I had been going here for several years but the quality of work has significantly declined.

A couple of months ago, I went in for a wax and was rushed through the entire process. When I got home I realized that a significant amount of hair was still there. I decided that I was not going to return.

However, after much thought, I decided to give them another try because I thought it might've been an off day. I went in today for an eyebrow threading. The thread broke twice and snagged my skin both times. I asked the lady, who seemed new, if she had cut me or if the eyebrow was messed up. She said no but she kept dabbing the area.

When I got in the car I noticed that she had cut me twice and I was bleeding. The only reason I didn't see the cut when she handed me the mirror at the end was because she kept dabbing the blood.

I decided to call and ask for a refund, whether partial or full. Immediately, the owner started telling me that it happens often and that the only way she would give me a refund was if I didn't like my eyebrows, but not for cutting me. I again politely asked for the refund because I was not happy with the experience. Had she been honest from the beginning, I would've taken the loss.

It was a ten minute long conversation and half of it was spent getting yelled at. I repeatedly asked her to stop yelling at me but she continued. She said that getting cut was common and she wouldn't give me my money back. I told her I wouldn't be coming again and she practically told me she didn't care. Again, I have been a customer for years and was very disheartened to be treated that way especially considering that I have never complained to them, despite my past mediocre experiences. The conversation ended with her yelling that I could return to the store and get my money back. She said that she didn't care about the money and that she would even give me more than what I asked for. I just wanted my money back, nothing more. Unfortunately, I was hung up on as I was stating that I was appreciative of the offer.

I was hesitant to return and take her up on the offer because I have never been treated that way. I felt so uncomfortable but I think I deserved a refund after getting cut and not even liking my eyebrows. When I returned, the lady who did my eyebrows wanted to see my cut and noticed that she indeed cut me twice on my eyelid. They gave me $10 even though I paid $10.25. It was trivial so I let it go.

The lady I had doing my eyebrows was so rough she kept scrubbing my eyebrows with the mascara brush I woke up next day and there was scars under my eyebrow hurting but that’s what I get for cheating on my eyebrow lady

This place is amazing. My lady did such a good job and the two sisters were so friendly as well as the girl who did my threading+ Face waxing. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!
