Found what I needed and half the price of what I saw on Amazon. Employee was helpful and friendly, even greeted me as I walked in.
Prices are $5 more than any other Beauty Retailers in the area Outre Batik 5 pcs. 1 Pack Solution $19.99 for 1 or 1B anywhere else but Beauty 7 Mart I paid $25.99 for No Color.
I won't be coming back.
Love this store, they are very helpful and friendly.
I like this store because they have the newest gels and essential oils requested. Sometimes certain gels come out and are hard to locate but shopping here, leaves me with no distress because they usually have it. The cashiers are very nice and knowledgeable of store products and placement.
Excellent service lots and lots of different hair products. The owner is awesome. Everyone that works there is friendly and knowledgeable.

This is my favorite beauty supply store hands down. They are all very helpful and for the most part great attitudes. The young guy at the register is very knowledgeable and so polite. I have been a customer for 17 years and not once have i been racially profiled or treated like a criminal neither have i witnessed it. There are times ive walked back and forth through aisles and even sat down for 30mins never been asked to leave just assisted if needed. Ive seen other customers come off disrespectful towards the employees and they hold their composure. This store appears small but they carry a huge variety. I know for a fact they aim to please customers and are always trying to carry items they know are new just to make sure they can hopefully provide for each individual. Ive sent many people in this store and they love the variety and customer service. They do their best to stay on top the cleanliness of the store. On the bottom of the receipt the return policy is there and i have seen people come in with complaints about things that really have nothing to do with the store ,trying to argue the policy...the problem is the brand or you, certain things you should know off back you cant return ..its a beauty supply store not walmart!
I love this place because the staff is nice and they will go out of their way to help you. When I went this last time one of the young ladies had a bad attitude. This was my first bad experience with them. Other than that I would have given them 5 stars. I will definitely go again.
Poor Customer Service....Even For Repeat Clients
Let me start by saying I own a hair salon behind this beauty supply store. I have spent thousands of dollars there as well as my clients that I have sent there over the past 6 years. I took a client in the store for bundles and a closure. She showed me several lace closures so I specifically asked what kind of closure was in the bag and she said a "lace" so I'm thinking the lace closure she just showed us. We bought it and left. When we opened the pack was was not comparable to the lace closure she showed us (straight trash). She should have made us aware that it was not the lace closure she just showed us. I took the hair back and could only get a store credit. We literally had the hair less than an hour! When I asked her to at least take a look at the closure in the bag so she can make people aware of what is in the bag in comparison to the other types of lace closures we are use to she had a nasty "that's not necessary" attitude. Very unprofessional and poor customer service which threw me off because THEY KNOW ME!! As long as I have been going there I did not expect that kind of service.
Moral of the story...DON'T GO THERE! Your continued patronage means absolutely nothing. They know we need their products and they treat us any kind of way because they know we will be back. Show them different....
I will NOW be exclusively loyal to COVA BEAUTY in Stockbridge from now on. Awesome customer service, a store created for us by us!! That is all....
